Volunteer at CuppaPug

We're looking for pug lovin' humans to volunteer at CuppaPug. The role will include giving the pugs all the love and constant attention that they need. We ask that the volunteer roles are done in four hour slots (11am-3pm and 3pm-7pm.)

Tasks will include taking the dogs out for toilet breaks, feeding them, ensuring that they are well looked after on the cafe floor and provide a lap to sleep on during their breaks. Including  lots of hugs and kisses and helping customers capture the moment with the pugs.

​

Running after seven pugs is physically demanding.

​

We need volunteers to ensure the pug's welfare is at its best at all times, leaving us, the owners to talk to customers about rescuing and adopting pugs, in partnership with our charity partner. Educating them on pug behaviour and needs and making sure that we can read the needs of our pugs.

​

We ask that this opportunity is applied for by people who have already visited CuppaPug or have met the seven resident pugs.  

​

The volunteer role is unpaid, travel and refreshments are provided.

​

Cancellation Policy:

At CuppaPug , we take cancellations seriously. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent you from attending a session you have booked. However, due to the terms and conditions of our company, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking.

That being said, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything in our power to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. If you are unable to attend a session due to extenuating circumstances, with a minimum of 24 hours notice we can look to reschedule your booking based on availability.

Your confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking is the final confirmation of your booking. No refunds or reschedules will be made after this time. 

We believe that this approach strikes a fair balance between protecting our business and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Any changes made to your booking will incur a £2.50 admin fee.
