Each hour-long session is packed with holiday cheer, giving you the chance to enjoy quality time with our friendly pups while sipping on a warm drink and soaking in the festive atmosphere. 🎅 What to Expect: - Cozy one-hour session with our playful pugs - A festive christmas hot chocolate with toppings - Christmas-themed treats for you and puggy surprises! - Festive photo opportunities with the pugs 🌟 Details: - Date: Various sessions available throughout December - Duration: 1 hour per session - Price: £20 per person Whether you’re a pug lover or just looking for some holiday joy, our Christmas party is the perfect way to celebrate the season. Cancellation Policy

At CuppaPug, we operate as a bookings-based business to ensure the welfare and happiness of our beloved pugs. Managing their engagement time, rest breaks, and overall well-being is at the core of what we do. For this reason, it’s essential that bookings are planned and honored as scheduled. Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your session. However, to maintain the integrity of our schedule and the well-being of the pugs, the following policies apply: Refunds for Cancellations: All bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, only rescheduling is permitted. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. No changes can be made within 24 hours of your booking. Final Confirmation: Your confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking is your final confirmation. After this point, no changes, reschedules, or refunds can be made. We believe this policy allows us to offer the best experience for our customers while prioritising the well-being of the pugs in our care. CuppaPug On-Time & Lateness Policy At CuppaPug, we strive to create a fun, calm, and enjoyable environment for both our pugs and our guests. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have a strict **on-time policy** that all visitors must follow. Arrival Time: All guests must arrive **15 minutes before** their scheduled session time. This allows time for check-in, an introduction to our pugs, and ensures a smooth experience for everyone in the session. Late Arrivals: Guests arriving **less than 5 minutes before the session start time or later** will not be permitted entry. This policy is in place to prevent disruptions to the session, minimize stress for our pugs, and respect the experience of other guests. No Refunds for Lateness: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule bookings for late arrivals. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for parking and travel to ensure you arrive promptly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making CuppaPug a safe and enjoyable place for both our visitors and our pugs!

Cancellation Policy:

At CuppaPug , we take cancellations seriously. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent you from attending a session you have booked. However, due to the terms and conditions of our company, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking.

That being said, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything in our power to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. If you are unable to attend a session due to extenuating circumstances, with a minimum of 24 hours notice we can look to reschedule your booking based on availability.

Your confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking is the final confirmation of your booking. No refunds or reschedules will be made after this time. 

We believe that this approach strikes a fair balance between protecting our business and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Any changes made to your booking will incur a £2.50 admin fee.
